Companion Care

This care provides emotional support while encouraging independence for the elderly who may have trouble keeping up with daily tasks. A companion's role can be diverse depending on the needs of the client.

Varied tasks can include:

Meal Prep

Light Houshold Chores

Entertainment

Social Support

Memory Function Activities

Medication Reminders

Basic Pet Care

Laundry

Basic Grooming (Dressing, Skin and Oral care)

Scheduling Appointments

Accompanying on Errands

Private Duty

This type of care is for people needing more hands-on care. It still allows for client to do as much as they can, while having help for what they need it with.

Varied tasks:

Bathroom Assistance

Bathing

Transferring

Assistance with Eating

 Also includes companion care tasks.

Each client will meet with a Blissful Care team member for an assessment. These assessments allow us to get to know you, what your specific needs and wants are, and helps us determine a quality caregiver match.  We realize that no two people are alike, so all service plans are uniquely personalized to each client.  Blissful Care does not use a one size fits all plan. 

 We regularly follow up for changes happening over time and amend plans as needed. 

Respite Care

Respite Care is here to support families with the task of caregiving. This can help family prevent burn out, can offer them assistance while they're out of town, or to just take a load off when needed.

Tasks for this care will be established with the family.
